In 2021, My Best Friend’s Decorator partnered with Amazing Grace antiques to raise money and awareness for Love Packages, a nonprofit organization that collects and distributed Bibles and other hope filled literature all over the world through international missions. Amazing Grace Antiques graciously allows use of one of their basement rooms and My Best Friend’s Decorator does what they do best. They blend both antiques, and new merchandise together in the Love Room providing customers with a unique shopping experience where 100% of the profits benefit Love Packages. In 2021 the Love Room profits sponsored 43 tons of Bibles and other Christian literature to be shipped all over the world! At this event, My Best Friend’s decorator is excited to introduce our new fall clothing and accessory collection exclusively for the Love Room. Join us to be the first to shop our limited collection of clothing, accessories, candles and home decor benefiting Love Packages. Trish and I wanted to post about a meaningful, fun and ongoing project we have LUVed being a part of and are so excited to share with you! My Best Friend’s Decorator has partnered with @amazingraceantiques and has been maintaining and merchandising all the donations for the LUV room. What is the LUV room you ask? It’s a magical room full of antiques, home goods, clothing, shoes, jewelry, art, furniture and candles located inside @amazingraceantiques. Most of the contents in the LUV room have been donated and all the profits from LUV room sales go to Love Packages. Love Packages is a nonprofit that collects Bibles and other Christian literature and gets them to people all over the world who need them! It takes $3500 to fill and ship a container full of Bibles to its destination. Since we have partnered with Amazing Grace doing what we love to do, the profits from the LUV room have paid for almost 2 full shipping containers of Bibles sent! The donations and candle sales from the LUV room are making it possible for people all over the world to receive Bibles. We think that is pretty amazing and we wanted to say “Thank You” for all the donations that have come in and for those who shop the LUV room at Amazing Grace Antiques! And since it’s now fall y’all, we have so many fall scented candles and melts in stock ready to make your home smell like you’ve been baking all day! We carry Candleberry and Swan Creek candles in different sizes and scents! Come get yours before they are gone!
